Some of the best exercises you could possibly do; this training warms up and stretches the muscles, tendons ligaments and joints all over the body, massages internal organs, increases and improves circulation and provides an aerobic workout. It also improves ones balance, helps establish a feeling of wakefulness and gives energy. It doesn't get much better than that does it. We are fortunate to have Tai Chi Master Luciano Vida as coach and guide for these sessions.
11.00 - 11.30 Silence - Listening - Concentration with Stephen Keogh *1 HOUR EARLIER IN THE UK*
A meditative exercise using concentration, listening and awareness; balancing energy and effort leading, towards a more effortless way of playing, while cultivating trust in one's timing, improving listening and attention to detail.
11.30 - 12.15 Vocal Freedom with Nel Begley *1 HOUR EARLIER IN THE UK*
Finding vocal freedom through the body, exploring how good posture and movement affects the voice and enables us to feel and internalise pulse.
These sessions will cover vocal improvisation, body percussion and a range of games to free your voice and mind! For singers and 'non-singers' alike.
